So this was very bizarre for me. I used to be utilizing my 32GB Sony Flash Drive (APFS, Encrypted), when unexpectedly it acquired unmounted. Once I mounted it again it didn’t ask for a password. The drive was listed merely as “APFS” by Disk Utility and many of the recordsdata are inaccessible besides a random few. I have no idea what occurred.
The Disk Utility restore choice provides the next output:
error: (oid 0x58c) apfs_root: btn: invalid o_cksum
(0x567f87a7dfe40e4d)
fsroot tree is invalid.
The amount /dev/rdisk4s1 couldn't be verified utterly.
File system examine exit code is 0.
Restoring the unique state discovered as mounted.
Operation profitable.
Can anybody please assist me with this?
I dont have a backup for most of the essential recordsdata on the drive.
