I’m within the means of migrating from Home windows to Mac.
To switch all my information from an outdated Home windows laptop computer to a brand new Macbook I’m utilizing an exterior SSD (formatted as exFAT).

I copied all my information to the exterior SSD and once I plug that drive within the Macbook many information are lacking, not displaying up on the drive. If I’m going again and join the drive to the Home windows laptop computer, I can confirm that the information are actually on the exterior drive.

I narrowed it all the way down to information which have particular characters of their filename.
For instance Ö (LATIN CAPITAL LETTER O WITH DIAERESIS)
Seems like MacOS refuses to recognise the existence of those information. I discovered that MacOS treats Unicode a bit otherwise than others by doing Unicode Decomposition, though I’m not certain if that is what inflicting the lack to even see the information on the drive.

How can I work round this drawback?
Any assistance is appreciated.
