Tamil Nadu Governor RN Ravi on Sunday sought to assuage any apprehensions of migrant employees in Tamil Nadu within the wake of alleged rumours of a few of them being attacked within the state, saying the folks within the state had been good and pleasant.
The employees needn’t panic, the Raj Bhavan stated in tweets posted in Tamil, English and Hindi.

“Governor urged the North Indian labourers in Tamil Nadu to not panic and really feel insecure, because the folks of Tamil Nadu are very good and pleasant, and the state authorities is dedicated to supply them safety,” Raj Bhavan stated on its official Twitter deal with.
On Saturday, Chief Minister M Okay Stalin had assured his Bihar counterpart Nitish Kumar all migrant labourers within the state had been secure and that the police had registered instances in opposition to two journalists of a Hindi day by day for spreading rumours.
Deposed AIADMK chief O Panneerselvam stated the state authorities was duty-bound to make sure the protection of the migrant employees and on the similar time see to it that youth belonging to Tamil Nadu get employment in corporations positioned within the state.
