I took my recumbent out for a 3 hour trip on a fantastic spring day. It was principally brisk cruising, northeast of Morgan Hill on the Coyote Creek path, then I crossed over to the northwest facet within the Coyote valley and out an again subsequent to the Santa Teresa foothills. On the best way again I did some increased depth intervals.

I did an area warmup close to residence, then this was the primary a part of the trip
