In the actual Bitcoin community, affirmation of transactions occurs with out the recipient of the cash needing to do something.

Asking you to pay cash to a “affirmation tackle” is, to me, a transparent signal of fraud.

My recommendation is

• Don’t ship any cash to that “affirmation tackle”.
• Report fraud to your native police
