I am working bitcoin core and utilizing the instructions getblockstats and gettxoutsetinfo.

I ran gettxoutsetinfo at block 770992 and it confirmed a complete of 83,420,287 unspent transaction outputs. I then waited for block 770993 to look and ran getblockstats for that block.

In getblockstats it reveals a utxo_increase subject, which is the distinction between the outs and ins fields (outputs created – outputs consumed). For block 770993 it confirmed -603.

I ran gettxoutsetinfo at block 770993 and it reveals a complete of 83,419,633 utxos. Why would not it match up?

I examined it for a pair earlier blocks as nicely and the identical factor occurred. Any concepts?
