No authentication cookie could possibly be discovered, and RPC password isn't set. See -rpcpassword and -stdinrpcpass. Configuration file: (/dwelling/ubuntu/.bitcoin/bitcoin.conf)

so I open up my bitcoin.conf there was no rpc password or consumer title set to start with and add one by which my .conf seems like the next.

Which leads to the next:
