Caroline Ellison, the previous CEO of Alameda Analysis, says the buying and selling agency made short-term and open-term loans value billions of {dollars} to pay for its enterprise investments.

In a transcript of her responsible plea shared by Inside Metropolis Press on Twitter, Ellison says she agreed with others to pay for the loans by borrowing from sister firm FTX.
