I did an higher physique exercise with resistance bands, physique weight, and dumbbells yesterday. I’ve particularly been having fun with heavyhands strolling, simulating cross-country snowboarding double poling with hand weights, and simulating kayaking with resistance bands. I adopted this up with a pleasing tour of native rural roads and trails on my Vado, which has fairly fats (38 mm) tires and handles tough roads, grime, and gravel nicely.
