I believe I’ll have unintentionally performed one thing unsuitable on my laptop computer.

I’m utilizing a Home windows 10 laptop computer and had iTunes model 12.6.5.3 put in.

I used to be updating my outdated iPhone 6s from ios 9 to ios 15. I thougth every part was going easily when it displayed an error saying iTunes couldn’t replace the gadget unknown error (4). I believed it is likely to be the iTunes model, so I put in the most recent model and it up to date the iPhone to ios 15.

However I observed that I might not see the apps which I had on my PC. So, I uninstalled the brand new model of iTunes and reinstalled model 12.6.3.5. However then it couldn’t discover the iTunes Library.itl file. After some studying round, I discovered a current model (it had many variations) of it within the Earlier iTunes Libraries.

However now I can not see the backups in iTunes, Edit, Preferences, Machine Backups.

I can see them within the MobileSync folder, however not through iTunes.

I used to be going to uninstall iTunes 100% and again up the MobileSync folder and the iTunes Media folder which has all of the voice memos and many others and reinstall model 12.6.3.5 to see if this works.

However I hoped somebody might shed some gentle on this, possibly there’s a work round for this.
