This can be a easy query for others however I am struggling attempting to know pubkey_script within the technology transaction.

On this Python code I am attempting to create a pubkey_script:

However when I attempt to decode this hex string in RPC ‘decodescript’

From what I see within the decoded response, the unique tackle is nowhere to be seen. I would prefer to know what am I doing unsuitable.
