If I create a signed uncooked transaction with a locktime sooner or later, and provides this uncooked transaction to someone else, can they edit the locktime in order that they recieve the bitcoin instantly?
For instance, I’ve this signed uncooked transaction:

I’ve tried altering the ending to ...ac00000000 and that did not work.
For the report, I’m not making an attempt to hack a bitcoin transaction to obtain funds early. I am simply questioning whether it is secure to offer somebody a uncooked transaction with a timelock.
